The "Ward Cabinet" Structure

We aren't just looking for "helpers"; we are recruiting a Governance Board of residents to help manage decisions and ensure the "Open Door" policy is a reality.

We are seeking local experts, students, and elders to chair four key development councils:

Council for Economic Development:

Focuses on filling vacant storefronts on Commercial Avenue and 79th Street using hospitality and finance models.

Council for Educational Excellence:

Designs programs to bridge the gap between South Side schools and high-growth career paths.

Council for Tech & Journalism:

Leverages the candidate's media companies to create a "Ward News Network" and digital literacy hubs.

Board of Financial Oversight:

Managed by residents to audit how "Ward Menu Money" (approx. $1.5 million/year) is allocated infrastructure.
